Craig began his working career in sales at an early age, He left school early to start earning money! Craig was involved in selling in Retail in the Electronics field for some years. He was then promoted to management. From there he became a sales agent in the Floorcovering industry for 10 years supplying Direct to Distributors in the United Kingdom for a Dutch Carpet Manufacturer. My Pool Direct has become a successful business due to Craig's excellent customer service skills and his dedication to the industry.
Karen started working for My Pool Direct in 2019 as a blog writer, where she then became a full-time member of the team, dealing with suppliers. Karen also works on the company's website, whilst implementing her skills in SEO. Karen liaises closely with customers, assisting with the sale of our products and following up with aftercare. She also works closely with out B2B clients, assisting throughout their purchase process.
Fi joined the team in Feb 2021 Her role in the company is Office/Sales manager. She has many years of experience in accounts and office management and has since become an invaluable member of the team. She has a wealth of knowledge and is very easy to talk to. Fi’s background also includes working in the Motor industry for many years and is a great team player.
Tracy ran her own successful beauty business which she then went on to sell to raise a family. She is now a useful member of the My Pool Direct team handling most aspects of the Social media side of the business.
Simon Runs his own very successful Transport company in the UK. He and his large team exclusively look after the UK distribution for My Pool Directs Swimming Pools and ensure smooth delivery to all Clients. All of the vehicles have hi-ab crane lift so no job is too much trouble.
